Founded in 2000 on one basic principle - the desire to be "Where Children Learn the Love of Dance"

That has been our focus ever since. From the new creative dancer who just cannot wait for his or her first dance class, to the shy student making the first stage appearance, to the graduating high school senior, there is nothing that makes us happier than to see these inspired dancers succeed.

We set out to open a dance studio to teach children and young adults how much fun it can be to dance and all of the benefits that can go along with the social and cultural aspects.  The programs and studio have been designed around the needs of young dancers and their parents, successfully making it more comfortable for them to participate. 

Dance Expressions is a non-competition studio. In other words, we have gone to great efforts to develop lesson plans and an environment where students will be comfortable and treated as equals.  Studios that compete have the inevitable result of groups that become treated differently either because the student is a competitor and wins, or conversely, because they do not want to be involved in that aspect of dance.

Our classes are fun, energetic, and encouraging. Our dance etiquette helps to ensure students enjoy classes and make new friends while learning to become beautiful dancers. And parents can rest assured that our programs are based on nationally approved standards.
